What type of power do we need to provide

Electricity Supply.�It is your responsibility to ensure provision of a safe 230 volt AC power supply, provided either from standard 13-amp sockets (or, by prior arrangement, 16-amp, 32-amp or 63-amp single-phase 230V Ceeform sockets). Where portable generators are used, these must be regulated and adequately grounded. We have facility to handle 3 Phase if required.
WE DO NOT OTHERWISE CONSENT TO USE OF OUR EQUIPMENT.

How and when do we pay

For individual item hire - payment on collection / delivery, either by cash, BACS Transfer or we can process card payment through Paypal, or card reader (EPOS) a deposit (refundable) will also be charged based on replacement / repair cost of the item hired.
For system Hire - existing / returning customer payment within 7 days of invoice. otherwise payment to proforma Invoice to clear in advance of event.
